“Blue Pacific Joint Stock Company specializes in producing carton paper packaging. The company's Board of Directors has a digital transformation orientation to improve management quality and apply software to enterprise digital transformation. From 2021 to 2023 we developed ERP software but then it was not successful because it was not suitable for business characteristics and advantages.
In September 2023, the Company participated in the digital transformation consulting program towards Smart Factory trained by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam and Samsung Group. Since then, we have had access to Samsung's methodology through the training and advice of senior experts from Samsung Group and the enthusiastic support of Vietnamese experts. From then on, the Company has realized this. is a suitable method for the company's digital transformation in the near future.
The digital transformation journey at the Company also went through many levels of emotions: from excitement to failure, doubts about effectiveness, and now we can say we are starting to have small successes. To achieve such progress, there are also many difficulties and challenges for the company's leadership, bringing from the theory of Samsung experts to production practice at the factory.
